PARTICIPATION IN TENDER FOR SOPHIIVSKA FIELD

Group of companies ZAKHIDNADRASERVIS LLC and DRILLING COMPANY HORYZONTY LLC decided to participate in the tender for the conclusion of an agreement on distribution of hydrocarbons within the Sophiivska field, which was announced on 28 February 2019 in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18.12.2018 No. 1187.

To participate in the tender ZAKHIDNADRASERVIS LLC and DRILLING COMPANY HORYZONTY LLC intentionally founded ZMS ENERGY LLC, which in cooperation with partners EP POWER EUROPE a.s. (Czech Republic) and NAFTA a.s. (Slovak Republic) will take part in the tender for the conclusion of an agreement on distribution of products within the Sophiivska field.

An applicant for participation in the tender will be EP Sophievska B.V. (Netherlands), founded by EP POWER EUROPE a.s and NAFTA a.s. Upon receiving a merger approval from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, ZMS ENERGY LLC will become a participant of the above company and in respect of this companies entered into the Agreement on joint participation.
