PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION FOR THE UGNIV PLOT

The group of companies LLC "ZAKHIDNADRASERVIS", PE "Nordik" and PE "PROEKT-BUD" decided to participate in the tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the distribution of hydrocarbons within the Ugnivsk site, which was announced on February 28, 2019 in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 18. No. 1189 of 2018. To participate in the competition, LLC "WELL CO" was created - a company that will ensure the fulfillment of all obligations under the agreement on the distribution of hydrocarbons within the Ugnivsk site. In addition, ZAKHIDNADRASERVIS LLC, Nordik LLC and PROEKT-BUD LLC, as parent companies of WELL CO LLC, provide guarantees to ensure the fulfillment of financial, technical, environmental and other obligations under the product distribution agreement. The "WELL CO" group includes companies that have been operating in the oil and gas market since 2004. The companies of the group have many years of successful experience in the organization of work on the search and extraction of hydrocarbons, they have the necessary equipment, including for conducting three-dimensional seismic research, drilling and testing wells, and building the necessary production infrastructure. The group opened 10 gas fields and 1 oil field, drilled 56 wells, of which 44 productive wells were equipped and put into operation, built 5 gas preparation plants and 1 oil collection and preparation point, laid more than 110 km. of gas pipelines, which is the most effective result in the Western region among private and public companies (many years of professional experience and successful results of work in the oil and gas sector).
