Forbes Ukraine has released its ranking of Ukraine’s 20 largest private investors for 2024–2025

The «Zakhidnadraservice» Group of Companies ranked 11th on the list.

The list of nominees included over 1,500 companies from various sectors, whose CAPEX exceeded 1 million UAH.

«To build, buy, and scale up when the Russian Federation could destroy it all at any moment — that’s something bordering on fanatical faith and messianism. For most, the risks outweigh the faith: the level of investment as a percentage of GDP is 13% (excluding arms deliveries). That is critically low. This makes the entrepreneurs who invest despite everything all the more deserving of respect. A few figures that surprised and inspired me: Zinovii Kozytskyi and his «Zakhidnadraservice» believe in Ukraine the most, judging by the ratio of CAPEX to revenue. During the full-scale invasion, the Zakhidnadraservice group discovered five gas fields and paid over 12 billion UAH in taxes.

The year 2025 was a period of incentives and results for us: investments in technology, staff training, and equipment, as well as strengthening geological expertise and the analytical component of our work, have paid off. The results include 25 wells drilled, a 56% increase in gas production compared to 2024, our geological exploration service taking the lead in conducting seismic surveys, the creation of new jobs, and investments in the national economy. And as our duty — supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

As early as June 2026, a new personal record for daily production was set: approximately 2,2 million cubic meters of gas.
