Victory in the “Women of Ukrainian Energy 2025” Competition!

At the 6th Annual Conference ‘Energy without Gender: From Challenges to Leadership,’ held in Kyiv, Maria Lopushanska was officially awarded the ‘Researcher of the Year’ award.

This recognition is the result of hard work, principled position, and sincere dedication to the cause. Your experience and daily professional work confirm that responsible business and care for the environment work in synergy.

The criteria on which the jury's assessment was based were: a significant contribution to the energy sector through scientific activity, active research work, and the implementation of innovative solutions.

We are proud of Maria and sincerely wish her not to stop there, to boldly open new scientific horizons, implement ambitious projects and inspire others with her example!

The event was organised by the Women's Energy Club of Ukraine. The competition has been held annually since 2019.

Among the guests of the Conference were Olena Kondratiuk, Vice-Speaker of the Supreme Council of Ukraine; Valentyna Belyakova, President of the Women's Energy Club of Ukraine; Kateryna Levchenko, Government Commissioner for Gender Policy; Sabine Fraser Gunesh, Representative of UN Women in Ukraine; Roman Andarak, Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine.
